STOCKS | Transport International Issues Profit Warning, Sees 1H Underlying Profit Down 45%-55%

Transport International Holdings (0062), the parent of Kowloon Motor Bus, issued a profit warning, according to Ming Pao. The group said underlying profit for the period ended June 30 this year is expected to fall about 45% to 55% from HK$285 million a year earlier, mainly due to a sharp surge in international fuel prices.
