Strategy Raises $466.7 Million via MSTR ATM, Holds 843,775 Bitcoin Without New Purchases

Strategy said it raised $466.7 million in net proceeds through its MSTR common stock at-the-market (ATM) program as of July 12, increasing its U.S. dollar reserves to $3.0 billion. According to PANews, the company did not buy any Bitcoin during the same period, keeping its Bitcoin holdings unchanged at 843,775 BTC. Strategy’s cumulative acquisition cost for its Bitcoin holdings was about $63.69 billion, with an average purchase price of about $75,476 per BTC.
