Weiergao said its shares showed abnormal trading volatility after the cumulative closing-price deviation exceeded 30% over two consecutive trading days. Weiergao reported net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company of 6.8001 million yuan in the first quarter of 2026, down 69.53% year on year. The company said its main products include high multilayer boards, heavy copper boards, and HDI boards. It added that its DC/DC power module products have received bulk orders, but their current contribution to performance remains relatively low. Weiergao also said it is planning an equity incentive program, with a specific plan not yet determined, and is considering a private placement to specific investors to issue A shares, which remains at an internal communication stage and has not been finalized.
