Frost & Sullivan: China’s Full-Stack AI Cloud Market Hit 59.59 Billion Yuan in 2025

China’s IaaS, PaaS and MaaS full-stack AI cloud services market totaled 59.59 billion yuan in 2025, with Alibaba Cloud generating 23.9 billion yuan in revenue and taking a 40.1% market share, according to Jiemian News, citing a Frost & Sullivan report. Baidu AI Cloud, Volcano Engine and SenseTime ranked second to fourth with market shares of 16.6%, 13.4% and 7.1%, respectively. The report said China’s average daily AI token calls in 2026 have exceeded 140 trillion, up more than 1,000 times over two years, and that computing consumption metrics are shifting from “GPU hours” to “token volume,” reshaping cloud pricing models. It added that AI cloud services are integrating capabilities such as model training, inference platforms and model-as-a-service (MaaS).
