A whale address, labeled “0xD12,” was partially liquidated on a 10x leveraged XPL short position on Hyperliquid, according to Onchain Lens monitoring. According to ChainCatcher, the liquidation involved about 3.83 million XPL, with an actual loss of about $40,900. After the forced reduction of part of the position, the trader still holds roughly 15.33 million XPL in short exposure, with an unrealized loss of about $145,300. The remaining position is reported to be close to its liquidation price.
