Zhaslan Madiyev, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, said Kazakhstan is moving to the next stage in the development of the digital asset market, shifting from a regulatory framework to infrastructure and practical solutions. He added that partnerships with global tech companies help move initiatives more quickly into implementation. The second memorandum, signed with the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, focuses on payment and digital financial infrastructure.
