Yingkou Fengguang New Materials to Relocate Power Distribution and Cabinet Rooms at Yingkou Plant

Yingkou Fengguang New Materials Co., Ltd. (301100.SZ) said on August 31, 2026 that it will relocate and renovate the power distribution room and cabinet room at its Yingkou plant starting September 1, 2026, with the work expected to take about one month. The company said it will announce the resumption date after the renovation is completed, according to Jiemian News. During the shutdown, output shortfalls at the Yingkou plant will be covered by the Yulin plant. The company said Yulin has sufficient raw material inventory, stable production lines and a full staffing complement, and that the renovation is not expected to have a material impact on sales orders or revenue. It also warned that construction and later acceptance work could be delayed by extreme weather or other force majeure factors, creating a risk that the restart date may be later than expected.
