Huaxin Cement Says 141 Institutional Investors Held 44.14% of Its A Shares at End-August 28

Huaxin Cement said 141 institutional investors had disclosed holdings in its A shares as of August 28, 2026, with total holdings of 918 million shares, or 44.14% of the company’s total share capital, according to Jiemian News. The company’s 2026 interim report, released on August 29, 2026, said the top 10 institutional investors held 43.25% of the shares, down 1.35 percentage points from the previous quarter. The report listed HOLCHIN B.V., Huaxin Group Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited, China Railway Wuhan Bureau Group Co., Ltd., two national social security fund portfolios, Taiping Life Insurance’s traditional ordinary insurance product, and several mutual funds among the top 10 holders. It also said 121 public funds newly disclosed holdings in the quarter, while 42 public funds were no longer disclosed. The report added that one social security fund portfolio newly appeared, one insurance investor reduced its holdings, one pension fund was no longer disclosed, and Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited also reduced its holdings.
