Currently, users from Canada, Cuba, Crimea Region, Iran, Netherlands, North Korea, Syria, the United States and its territories, and non-government controlled areas of Ukraine are restricted from participating. Binance reserves the right to modify the list of restricted countries in accordance with legal and regulatory changes. Users must complete account verification to engage in trading these pairs. Binance emphasizes that all trading activities are monitored to prevent dishonest behavior, and reserves the right to disqualify users involved in such activities. The platform retains the discretion to amend or cancel promotions without prior notice.
