According to CNBC, Jim Cramer’s Charitable Trust is initiating positions in BNY, formerly Bank of New York Mellon, and Kimberly-Clark. The trust bought 240 shares of BNY at roughly $161 each and 365 shares of Kimberly-Clark at roughly $108, and each stock will represent 1% of the portfolio after Wednesday’s trades. The trust said it is shifting some exposure away from the AI data center buildout and toward less cyclical stocks with lower price-to-earnings multiples, citing expectations that the Federal Reserve will hike rates at its September meeting in two weeks. The trust set a $180 price target on BNY, which it said reflects 17.5 times consensus 2027 EPS estimates of $10.25, according to FactSet. It said BNY generates about 70% of revenue from fees and is less tied to the credit cycle, bond yields, or net interest income. The trust also said BNY’s revenue rose from $16.5 billion in 2022 to $20.1 billion in 2025, while pre-tax margin improved from 21.1% to 35.1% and EPS increased from $2.88 to $7.40. For Kimberly-Clark, the trust set a $120 price target, reflecting 16 times consensus 2027 EPS estimates of $7.46, according to FactSet. It said the company trades at about 14 times 2026 earnings estimates and yields 4.75%. The trust said Kimberly-Clark is buying Kenvue for about $49 billion in enterprise value, a deal expected to close before the end of this year, and that management expects $1.9 billion in cost synergies. It added that the combined company would become the second-largest consumer health and wellness company by revenue, behind Procter & Gamble.
