Tether's Paolo Ardoino Says US Debt Ownership Is Decentralized Through USDT Holders

Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino said the company has created decentralized ownership of U.S. debt through 650 million people holding some U.S. Treasuries. According to NS3.AI, Tether's documents state that users own USDT while Tether International owns and manages the reserve assets. As of June 30, Tether International reported $114.961 billion in direct U.S. Treasury bills.
