Strategy is selling Nike Air Jordan and Nike Dunk shoes with its own logo on its website store for $250 each, and both items are currently marked sold out. According to Odaily, the shoes are not official Nike collaboration products. The Strategy store currently accepts credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, but does not support Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies. The payment options drew criticism on social media, with some users noting that Bitcoin-themed merchandise cannot be bought with BTC. On Tuesday morning after the Labor Day holiday closure, Saylor said Strategy had repurchased $176 million of STRC preferred shares. The company has also recently paused Bitcoin purchases, while discussion of the sneaker merchandise appeared alongside that development on social media.
