Dell Technologies reports fiscal second-quarter results Tuesday after the close, and options expiring September 4 imply an 11% move in either direction. The at-the-money straddle costs about $52 versus Dell’s $456.01 close on Monday, according to BeInCrypto, as investors brace for a reaction to guidance on revenue, AI server sales and margins.
Dell guided for $44 billion to $45 billion in revenue, about $4.80 a share in adjusted earnings and roughly $15.5 billion in AI server revenue. It also said Infrastructure Solutions Group revenue should grow about 75%.
