U.S. President Donald Trump is set to meet senators at the White House on Thursday as traders on Kalshi price a 79% chance of a Senate vote on the CLARITY Act before the August recess. According to NS3.AI, Senator Cynthia Lummis said a new draft version of the bill will be introduced in the next few days. Kalshi traders assign the CLARITY Act a 36% chance of becoming law in 2026, while Polymarket traders put the odds of it being signed into law this year at 39%.
