Braskem, IG4 Struggle to Win Creditor Support for Out-of-Court Restructuring

Braskem SA and its new controlling shareholder, IG4 Capital, are struggling to secure support from enough creditors to proceed with an out-of-court restructuring proposal. According to Bloomberg, some creditors have raised concerns about uneven treatment and collateral terms, people familiar with the matter said.
