SmartOSC, a digital solutions provider, and Avalanche, a leading blockchain platform, are introducing Vietnam’s first blockchain-based loyalty program.

This initiative, starting with one of Vietnam’s largest coffee chains, promises to revolutionise customer engagement by leveraging blockchain technology.

SmartOSC and Avalanche have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to lead the charge in blockchain adoption for businesses.

Addressing Loyalty Program Challenges with Blockchain

Traditional loyalty programs often suffer from inefficiencies such as low retention, delayed rewards, and high operational costs.

Customers participating in the new program will be able to claim vouchers valued up to 300 million VND, managed entirely on-chain and redeemable at the coffee chain’s outlets.

With 10,000 wallets already onboard, the program demonstrates how blockchain can enhance user experiences through improved reward mechanisms.
