Bitcoin Standard Treasury Plans Nasdaq Listing Through Merger

According to Foresight News, Bitcoin Standard Treasury (BSTR) is preparing to go public on Nasdaq through a merger with Cantor Equity Partners (CEPO). The company currently holds 30,021 bitcoins on its balance sheet and aims to increase its holdings to over 50,000 bitcoins. Additionally, BSTR plans to raise $1.5 billion through fiat currency financing. The transaction is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter, with the company trading under the reserved ticker symbol BSTR.
