Sparrow Wallet Releases v2.5.5 With Stricter PSBT Verification and Expanded Hardware Wallet Support

Bitcoin News posted on X that Sparrow Wallet has released version v2.5.5 with stricter PSBT signature verification and Silent Payment output verification. According to Odaily, the update also expands support for BitBox02, Jade, Krux, Trezor, and Ledger hardware wallets. The release further tightens Coldcard multisig import restrictions, improves chain reorganization handling, and adds protection for sensitive data in Trezor debug logs. It also introduces a system theme that can automatically follow the operating system's light or dark mode setting.
