U.S. Justice Department Expands States' Reporting Duties on Undocumented Immigrants

According to Wallstreetcn, the U.S. Justice Department on the 2nd issued a legal opinion requiring states that receive funding from two federal benefit programs to expand reporting of undocumented immigrant information to the Department of Homeland Security, or face severe consequences including possible funding cuts.
