Binance Futures to Launch 牛来USDT Perpetual Contract With 10x Leverage

According to the announcement from Binance, Binance Futures will launch the 牛来USDT perpetual contract on 2026-08-30 11:30 (UTC) with up to 10x leverage. The contract is based on 牛来 (Niu Lai), described in the notice as a Chinese meme coin, and will be settled in USDT. Binance said the contract will trade 24/7 and will have a tick size of 0.00001, a minimum trade amount of 1 牛来, and a minimum notional value of 5 USDT. The capped funding rate is set at +2.00% / -2.00%, with funding fee settlement every four hours. Binance also stated that the perpetual contract will be available for Futures Copy Trading within 24 hours of launch. The notice said the contract supports Multi-Assets Mode, which allows users to trade the contract across multiple margin assets subject to applicable haircuts, including the use of BTC as margin when the mode is activated. Binance added that market conditions may lead to changes in contract specifications, including funding fee, tick size, maximum leverage, initial margin, and maintenance margin requirements. Binance also noted that the futures listing does not guarantee a spot listing. The announcement said the information was released under Binance Exchange Rule 17 and that, in the event of any discrepancy between the notice and a Futures FAQ, the announcement should be treated as the most accurate and updated source.
