Aerospace Engineering Flags 20% Three-Day Share Price Drop, Says Operations Normal

Aerospace Engineering said on July 20 that its shares fell by a cumulative 20% over the closing prices of July 16, July 17 and July 20, meeting the Shanghai Stock Exchange's definition of abnormal trading volatility. Jiemian News reported that the company said its production and operations remain normal, with no major changes in internal or external operating conditions or market and industry policy environment. It added that it specializes in gasification technology and key equipment, including R&D, engineering design, technical services, complete equipment supply and EPC contracts, with products and technology mainly used in clean and efficient coal utilization for chemical customers, and not in commercial aerospace or related businesses. The company also said it will continue interim dividends in 2026 based on operating conditions and business plans to provide stable returns to shareholders.
