Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps took action against an oil tanker in waters on the Oman side of the Strait of Hormuz on the 7th, according to Iranian sources. According to Jin10, the report said that satellite monitoring data showed U.S. military air power was providing aerial cover in the surrounding waters when the tanker was intercepted.
