Iraq and Turkey Expected to Sign Protocol to Ensure Continued Oil Exports

Iraq’s Oil Ministry said Iraq and Turkey were expected to sign an executive protocol to ensure the continued flow of Iraq’s oil exports, including crude from the Kurdistan region. According to Jin10, Iraq and Turkey also agreed to continue technical and legal negotiations on oil exports.
