Photonics Interconnect Startup Xinjie Guanghe Raises Seed Funding Worth Hundreds of Millions of Yuan

Xinjie Guanghe, a photonics interconnect company, has completed multiple seed-round financings totaling an “RMB 100 million-level” amount, with investors including Qigao Capital, Hanyuan Asset, Xiaomiao Fund, Tongding Group and Junding Fund, according to 36Kr. The company said the proceeds will be used to expand its core team, fund chip tape-outs, engineering validation and product R&D. Founded in January 2026, Xinjie Guanghe is developing a “Photonic Nexus” all-optical interconnect platform for AI compute clusters, high-performance computing and next-generation intelligent computing centers, spanning silicon photonics chips, optical engines and optical switching systems. The company said it has completed R&D of a 32×32 silicon-based optical circuit switching (OCS) chip and is working to commercialize it, while also planning higher-port-count products.
