According to NS3.AI, the firm’s framework includes a $2.55 billion reserve, along with separate $1 billion common stock and $1 billion preferred share buyback plans. The report also said Strategy’s board authorized sales of up to $1.25 billion in bitcoin from the company’s 847,363 BTC treasury.
