Luxshare Precision Plans Hong Kong Listing of Up to 383.4 Million H Shares at No More Than HK$63.28 Each

Luxshare Precision said in a Hong Kong Stock Exchange filing that it plans to issue up to 383.4 million H shares in its Hong Kong listing, subject to the exercise of an over-allotment option, according to 36Kr. The offer price is set at no more than HK$63.28 per share, and trading is expected to begin on July 7.
