Strategy Buys 1,587 Bitcoin Using Proceeds From MSTR Stock ATM Program

Strategy reported it bought 1,587 bitcoin from 2026 年 6 月 8 日 to 14 at an average price of about $63,024 per bitcoin, according to an 8-K filing submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. According to Foresight News, the purchases were funded by proceeds from the company’s MSTR stock at-the-market (ATM) program. During the same period, Strategy sold 1.7326 million shares of MSTR common stock through the ATM program, raising net proceeds of about $209 million. As of 2026 年 6 月 14 日, Strategy held a total of 846,842 bitcoin, with an aggregate cost basis of about $64.07 billion and an average purchase price of about $75,656 per bitcoin.
