STOCKS | XtalPi Holdings Authorizes Up to $100 Million Share Buyback

XtalPi Holdings (2228) said its board has resolved to deploy up to a total of $100 million (about HK$780 million) from time to time to repurchase shares in the open market. According to Ming Pao, the company may buy back up to 10% of its shares, or up to about 430 million shares, until the conclusion of its next annual general meeting.
