STOCKS | SENASIC (6675) Starts IPO Bookbuilding, Targets June 17 Listing

SENASIC (6675) began its Hong Kong IPO subscription on June 6, with the offer closing on June 12 and shares set to list on June 17. According to Ming Pao, the offer price is HK$18.36 per share, with a board lot of 200 shares and an entry fee of HK$3,709.04. The global offering comprises 53.407 million shares, including 5.3408 million shares for the Hong Kong public tranche, and is expected to raise about HK$980 million. CICC and Guotai Haitong are joint sponsors.
