SOLAI Acquires 51% Stake in Singapore's NEURALAND for AI Node Expansion

SOLAI, a cryptocurrency mining company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, has announced the acquisition of a 51% stake in Singapore-based NEURALAND. According to Foresight News, NEURALAND specializes in the design and manufacturing of personal AI nodes, offering both hardware and software solutions. To finalize the acquisition, SOLAI issued approximately 1.162 billion new Class A common shares to AIPICO Global Limited, the seller, at a price of $0.0079 per share. The total transaction value is approximately $9.18 million. SOLAI aims to leverage its existing expertise in large-scale hardware deployment, data center operations, and high-performance computing to expand its presence in the personal AI computing infrastructure market through this acquisition.
