Kalshi Secures Additional $200 Million Investment, Valuation Remains at $22 Billion

Kalshi, a prediction market platform, has raised an additional $200 million from new investors Baillie Gifford and Layer Global, according to Bloomberg. This funding expands on the $1 billion Series F round led by Coatue Management earlier this month, maintaining the company's valuation at $22 billion. According to PANews, other participants in the funding round include Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, IVP, Paradigm, Morgan Stanley, and ARK Invest. In April, Kalshi reported a monthly trading volume exceeding $14 billion and an annualized revenue of over $1.5 billion.
