According to ChainCatcher, the document reveals that the company's revenue from its embodied intelligent robot project is projected to reach 322.3773 million yuan in 2025. Additionally, revenue from product components is expected to be 11.9501 million yuan, while supporting services are anticipated to generate 2.573 million yuan. The company's 2026 first extraordinary shareholders' meeting and the ninth meeting of the first board of directors have decided to raise 2.502511 billion yuan through this issuance. After deducting issuance expenses, the funds will be invested in projects such as embodied algorithm and model research, robot body and solution development, embodied intelligent robot industrialization, and the construction of an embodied intelligent robot base.
