Senator Cynthia Lummis has expressed strong support for Bitcoin, highlighting its potential as a tool for U.S. national security. According to NS3.AI, she has urged Congress to expedite the passage of the Clarity Act by April 25 to ensure timely implementation. Admiral Samuel Paparo informed senators that the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM) is actively operating a live Bitcoin node and is exploring the protocol's application for enhancing military network security. Lummis warned that failing to meet the deadline could postpone the bill's progress until 2030.
