Hyperliquid has announced the establishment of the Hyperliquid Policy Center in the United States, aiming to promote legal clarity for decentralized derivatives markets. According to NS3.AI, the center is financially supported by the Hyper Foundation and will concentrate on the on-chain perpetual contracts sector. Hyperliquid stated that the initiative is designed to explore domestic participation avenues for spot digital assets, prediction markets, and tokenized securities.
