Cookeville Regional Medical Center has reported a ransomware attack that may have compromised the personal data of 337,917 individuals. According to NS3.AI, the breach occurred between July 11th, 2025, and July 14th, 2025, during which an unauthorized party accessed or obtained files containing sensitive information such as names, Social Security numbers, and medical records.
