Global fintech company Carta, headquartered in California, has announced the opening of a new office in Hong Kong. According to Ming Pao, this move aims to establish a dual-hub network in Asia, enhancing the modernization of Hong Kong's $240 billion private market ecosystem. Carta offers the world's first one-stop software solution specifically designed for the private market. In 2021, the company set up its regional headquarters in Singapore and has recently completed an upgrade and expansion. With the launch of the Hong Kong office, Carta plans to connect two of Asia's most dynamic capital centers, providing services to fund managers in the region.
