ASML's Next-Generation EUV Lithography Machine Ready for Mass Production

ASML, the Dutch manufacturer of lithography equipment, has announced that its new generation of extreme ultraviolet (EUV) lithography machines is ready for mass production. According to Jin10, the company's Chief Technology Officer, Marco Peters, stated that the machine has processed approximately 500,000 silicon wafers with minimal downtime and meets production standards for pattern precision. The unit price of the new equipment is around $400 million, double that of the initial EUV model.
