Federal prosecutors have collected statements from some of billionaire Mark Walter’s most senior executives as they probe dealings at his insurance companies and Guggenheim Partners LLC, according to people with knowledge of the matter. The executives provided firsthand accounts as part of the inquiry into Walter’s insurance businesses and the investment firm he runs, Bloomberg reported.
