After the whitelist window ends, remaining Genesis Charters will enter a 30-minute descending Dutch auction with a starting price of 1.25 ETH and a floor of 0.15 ETH. All mint proceeds will go to initial liquidity and the protocol treasury, and the team will not take a share. After minting ends, the project will add liquidity and open STANDARD token trading. During the first hour, a temporary anti-sniping tax will start at 90% and decay exponentially, with most of the reduction occurring in the first five minutes. The tax revenue will go to the protocol, and normal trading fees will resume after one hour. Charter emissions will begin when trading opens, and the project will auction 100 branch licenses paid in STANDARD through a Dutch auction.
