Foresight News reported that Alibaba's Qwen 3.8 large language model is set to be released and opened to the public. The model has 2.4 trillion parameters. According to Foresight News, the Qwen 3.8-Max preview version is already available on Alibaba's Token Plan, Qoder, and QoderWork.
