Wall Street Analysts Favor Oracle, Rocket Lab And Meta Platforms

According to CNBC, Guggenheim analyst John DiFucci reiterated a buy rating on Oracle with a $400 price target after the company reported better-than-expected first-quarter fiscal 2027 results, Raymond James analyst Brian Gesuale initiated Rocket Lab at buy with an $80 target, and J.P. Morgan analyst Doug Anmuth upgraded Meta Platforms to buy from hold and lifted his target to $820 from $640. DiFucci said Oracle remains a long-term AI beneficiary and noted that OpenAI's share of its remaining performance obligations has fallen to about 50% from 80% last June. Gesuale said Rocket Lab's planned Iridium acquisition would make it the only vertically integrated space company with positive free cash flow and add a constellation valued at more than $3 billion, about $500 million in EBITDA and $300 million in free cash flow. Anmuth said Meta is still early in launching frontier models and AI products beyond advertising, including the Muse AI agent and Meta Model API access, and added that its Watermelon product could expand opportunities across consumer products, business intelligence and Family of Apps engagement.
