Binance to Suspend Deposits and Withdrawals for Wallet System Upgrade

According to the announcement from Binance, the platform will carry out an infrastructure wallet system upgrade at 2026-09-22 06:00 (UTC) to improve service experience. During the maintenance window, deposits and withdrawals across the Binance platform will be suspended starting from 2026-09-22 06:00 (UTC) and will resume once the upgrade is complete. The company said the upgrade is expected to take about one hour, while trading of token(s) will not be affected during the wallet maintenance. Binance added that deposits and withdrawals will reopen once the system is deemed stable, and no further announcement will be posted. The notice applies as a general announcement, and the products and services mentioned may not be available in all regions. The announcement did not indicate any change to trading activity during the maintenance period, but it confirmed that wallet-related functions will be temporarily unavailable until the system upgrade is finished. Binance said the suspension is limited to deposits and withdrawals on the platform and that access will return after the infrastructure update is completed and stability is confirmed. The company did not provide additional operational details beyond the expected duration of about one hour. The notice also stated that the platform will not issue another update when services are restored.
