According to the announcement from Binance, Binance Pay is expanding its business-facing payment capabilities with a new suite of on-chain solutions for wallets, trading platforms, dApps, payment providers, merchants, and digital platforms. The suite includes Pay Onchain, On-Ramp as a Service, and Agent Pay with x402, and is designed to help businesses enable crypto access, on-chain funding and payments, and programmable payments for digital services while using Binance infrastructure instead of building these functions from scratch. Businesses interested in integrating the solutions can submit an integration request, after which the Binance Business Development team will follow up to discuss the most suitable integration model based on the business’s specific use case. The announcement says the services are intended for companies exploring crypto or on-chain payments across different customer journeys and operational models.
Available Services and Use Cases
On-Ramp as a Service allows users to buy crypto and access supported on-chain tokens directly within a business’s product journey. Binance says it is designed for wallets, dApps, Web3 platforms, and aggregators that want to convert users into funded customers without building a standalone on-ramp experience. Pay On-chain adds Binance as an on-chain funding and payment route for wallet funding, account top-ups, deposits, and merchant payments. Users can pay from their Binance account balances, and supported flows can help complete transactions when they do not already hold the required asset through conversion or additional funding. Binance says this is relevant for payment platforms, fintechs, trading platforms, and merchants. Agent Pay with Binance x402, also referred to as B402, enables AI agents and applications to make on-chain payments for APIs, digital services, and online resources. It is aimed at API providers, developers, and AI platforms building machine-to-machine and autonomous payment use cases. The announcement also lists supported assets and settlement details for each service.
