American Eagle Outfitters fell 10% after second-quarter comparable sales declined 1%, compared with analysts' expectation for a 0.6% drop, and the company forecast current-quarter operating income of $110 million to $115 million versus a StreetAccount estimate of $124.3 million. Navan dropped 12% after posting second-quarter adjusted earnings of 5 cents per share, just above the 4 cents expected by FactSet, and said it acquired events platform BoomPop without disclosing financial terms. Wealthfront slipped almost 4% after second-quarter earnings of 10 cents per share and revenue of $91.9 million narrowly topped FactSet estimates of 8 cents per share and $91.5 million. Cooper Companies fell roughly 14% after fourth-quarter guidance missed Street estimates, with revenue projected at $1.057 billion to $1.080 billion and adjusted earnings of $1.05 to $1.09 per share, versus LSEG estimates of $1.11 billion and $1.19 per share. Enbridge shares declined 2% after the company said it would buy Tallgrass Energy's crude transportation business for $2.55 billion.
