Binance Spot Will List bStocks Salesforce and Hims & Hers Health Trading Pairs

According to the announcement from Binance, Binance Exchange will open trading at 2026-09-09 12:00 (UTC) for the bStocks Salesforce (CRMB) and Hims & Hers Health (HIMSB) trading pairs on Binance Spot. The exchange said Spot Algo Trading Bots will be aligned with the Spot listing time, while Rebalancing Bots will be enabled within 24 hours of the assets being listed on Spot. Binance also said users will be able to trade bStocks against BTC, USDT, and other tokens on Binance Convert at zero fees within one hour of bStocks being listed on Binance Spot. In addition, zero maker fees will apply to CRMB/USDT and HIMSB/USDT from the listing time to 2026-09-30 23:59 (UTC). Withdrawals for CRMB and HIMSB will open at 2026-09-09 13:00 (UTC). Binance also provided details on bStocks tokenized securities. Users can start tokenizing their direct stock holdings into bStocks now in preparation for trading. The conversion rate is 1:1 between each underlying stock and its bStocks, and Binance said there are zero conversion fees. The announcement listed the BNB Smart Chain smart contract addresses for CRMB and HIMSB. Binance added that bStocks are not offered, sold, distributed, made available, or accessible in the United States or to, or for the account or benefit of, U.S. persons. The announcement also stated that bStocks have not been registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 or any U.S. state securities laws and that a public offering will not be conducted in the United States or any other jurisdiction other than the ADGM.
