STOCKS | Jiaoyun Gas Says Controlling Shareholder's Pledged Shares Fully Released

Jiaoyun Gas (01407) said the pledged shares held by its controlling shareholder were fully released and settled yesterday, according to ETNet. The company said LXL Phoenix and SEGM Holding, both wholly owned by controlling shareholder, chairman, executive director and chief executive Luan Xiaolong, had previously pledged about 184.8 million shares and 33 million shares respectively, together representing about 49.5% of the company's equity, as security for a loan guarantee provided by the lender to LXL Phoenix. After the release, LXL Phoenix and SEGM Holding together still hold about 49.5% of the issued shares.
