According to CME FedWatch, the probability that the Federal Reserve will keep rates unchanged through September is 40.6%, while the probability of a cumulative 25-basis-point hike is 59.4%. Jiemian News reported that by October, the probability of no change falls to 29.8%, with a 54.4% chance of a cumulative 25-basis-point hike and a 15.8% chance of a cumulative 50-basis-point hike.
