Binance Futures to Adjust Funding Interval on Multiple TradFi Perpetual Contracts

Binance Futures will adjust the funding interval of several USDⓈ-Margined TradFi Perpetual Contracts from every eight hours to every four hours, effective 2026-09-10 08:15 (UTC), according to a Binance [announcement](https://www.binance.com/en/support/announcement/detail/aff73212559d4951945600e973240c52). The funding cap and floor for the affected contracts will be adjusted to ±1.00%. The affected contracts are MEITUANUSDT, KUAISHOUUSDT, GIGADEVUSDT, POPMARTUSDT, TENCENTUSDT, HK1810USDT, HK0700USDT, ZHIPUUSDT and MINIMAXUSDT. The maximum funding rate stands at +2.00%/-2.00% as of 2026-09-10 08:00 (UTC) and moves to +1.00%/-1.00% from 12:00 (UTC) onward. These contracts are exempted from the 8.1 funding interval adjustment rule, so the interval will not shift from every four hours to every one hour when a prior funding settlement reaches the cap or floor; Binance said it will issue a separate announcement if it decides to adjust the interval. It added that it may adjust contract specifications — including funding fee, tick size, maximum leverage, and initial and maintenance margin requirements — from time to time based on market risk conditions, and that the English version prevails over any translations or Futures FAQ in case of discrepancy.
