STOCKS | Black Sesame Intelligent Rises 4.7% On Robot Collaboration Progress

Black Sesame Intelligent (02533) rose 4.7% to HK$10.72, with about 4.42 million shares traded for HK$47.29 million, according to ETNet. The company said its collaboration with Aubo Intelligent in embodied AI robotics has made further progress. The two sides have set up a multi-tier cooperation framework covering project applications, joint research and development, and commercial supply, and Black Sesame Intelligent recently completed delivery of the first batch of Aura Devkit development kits to support Aubo collaborative robot product development. The partners also plan to work with several companies and schools, including Tsinghua University, to form a consortium and apply for a key industrial-chain project under a manufacturing high-quality development initiative. The flagship product would be a dual-arm collaborative robot for consumer electronics assembly, with Black Sesame Intelligent serving as the core company responsible for intelligent computing chips, module development and industrialisation.
