AI platform Owner, which serves local merchants, said it has completed a $240 million financing round at a $2.3 billion valuation. According to Odaily, the round was led by Growth Equity, part of Goldman Sachs Alternatives, with participation from existing investors Meritech, Redpoint, Headline, and Jack Altman. The company said its AI agents automate marketing, customer communication, and operational optimization for local merchant services, and the new funds will be used to expand internationally and broaden local business use cases.
